We’re on a lookout for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer & Developer to join our team remotely (bonus points if you’re in CDMX). This position is currently half time with an option to evolve into a full time position.

• Design and develop stunning websites and digital experiences.
• Wireframe, design and prototype on Figma, and then push the projects to Shopify or Webflow, and you will be responsible for leveraging these tools and pushing their limits to create stunning web experiences that delight end users and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evolve and refine design systems, ensuring visual cohesion and efficiency across all user touch points.
• Constantly explore opportunities to enhance, improve, and expand our methodologies.
• Collaboratively share knowledge, techniques, tools, resources, and expert advice with our teams.
• Contribute to team-wide resources and training materials, including methods, guides, loom videos, presentations, and design toolkits.

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing in Shopify Liquid.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing on Webflow.
• 5+ years working in startups, studios or agencies delivering top-notch immersive web experiences.
• Strong experience in technologies such as CSS/SCSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expert-level in Figma.
• You have a portfolio showcasing your work of interactive and immersive experiences.
• You are located in any of the North American time zones.

• Fluent in English, bonus points for Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Have a strong drive and capacity to adapt to new technologies and be on the top of web design trends (interactions, transitions, animations, typography, new ways of designing websites).

• You have a keen eye for design and attention to the pixels.
• You are passionate about interaction and motion in web design.

• Experience developing custom Shopify themes - Hydrogen/Oxygen.
• Experience using animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion.
• At ease with collaborative project management tools.
• You know how to work with Github version control.

Wizard-level AI prompting and logic setting skills, minimum 5 years on-site and off-site SEO experience.

With minimum 5 years experience in dApps ecosystem and smart contracts.

With 3-5 years experience, fluent in Liquid (Hydrogen + Oxygen), React.js, Java, Sanity. 

With 3-5 years experience in leading ecomm projects from build to growth with annual revenue over $1M, multilingual (English + Spanish).
